What we do

We laminate fabric to fabric, membrane or film with solvent-free PUR hot-melt, on roll-to-roll and flatbed machines. Send us your material as job work, or let us develop the whole construction for you.

Moisture-curing PUR adhesive applied without solvents, for soft, breathable, waterproof bonds. Fabric to fabric, membrane or film, up to 80 inches wide.

How we work

    Brief

    Tell us the fabric, the end use and the performance you need.

  2. 02

    Development

    We choose the adhesive, weight and method, and test it on our lab dispenser.

  3. 03

    Trial

    We laminate a sample length on the production machine.

  4. 04

    Testing

    We check it for tensile strength, water resistance and breathability, then send it for your approval.

  5. 05

    Bulk

    We produce and dispatch on the agreed schedule.
